Returns — Physical Skincare Products

This section applies to physical skincare products purchased from One Beauty's website.

We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, the wrong item was sent, or the product has a quality issue. If any of these applies, please contact info@onebeautyus.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can review it and assist you.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Our existing PHYRIS $99 New-Client Facial policy applies separately to that service. The skincare return terms above do not change the PHYRIS policy.

PHYRIS $99 New-Client Facial

This policy applies only to the PHYRIS $99 New-Client Facial offer at One Beauty's Rowland Heights and Irvine locations.

Refunds are generally not offered for a change of mind. If a health issue prevents you from receiving the treatment, or you purchased by mistake because you are outside our service area, please contact the store before using the service. Special circumstances are reviewed case by case. This policy does not limit any refund rights required by law.
